Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items (including discounted and clearance items) are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@voidline.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Pack the item securely and ship it back using the label or your preferred tracked method.
Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns:
A flat $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (if you use our label). -
For international returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may use your own shipping method if preferred. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
